Every Friday starting on March 11, The Speaker's Studio will host a one hour Improv Workout, starting promptly at 8:00 AM. Come to the studio ready to move and have lots of fun for an hour-long energy-building experience like none other. Why go to the boring old gym when you can get up and get moving with some Improv, and also have a great time making jokes and being silly.
This will be a fast-paced, loud, and exciting hour of Improv, so it isn't for the faint of heart (or probably those of you who are completely new to Improv). If you want to get your Friday started off the right way (that is, with an hour of wackiness), look no further.
The Improv Workout has a $10 drop-in rate at the door (cash or credit), and make sure you wear something comfortable that you can really get moving in.
